Finlays in Pakistan came into existence in 1890 and the company has been trading in the Subcontinent for over a century. Established in 1993, Finlays also has a branch office in Lahore.

Protection and Indemnity Clubs
We represent numerous P & I Clubs in Pakistan, undertaking their work requirements as their correspondent. P & I is third party liability insurance for principals owning ships. It does not cover hull, war risk, loss of profit/freight, detention or strike insurance or uninsured legal expenses (Defence) cover.

The Clubs are associations of shipowners and charterers, owned and controlled by the insured shipowner or charterer ‘members’. They operate on a non-profit making mutual basis, with the members pooling their resources together in order to meet losses suffered by individual members.

We act as correspondent for about 37 major and minor associations.

Survey and Tally
We carry out tally for ships loading different commodities in bags.
